I understand that illness, care giving responsibilities and grief can make life unpredictable. My intention is always to support you with flexibility and compassion while also protecting the time set aside for your care.
If possible, please provide 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A cancellation fee may apply for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or for non-attendance.
However, this is applied with discretion and understanding. If a cancellation occurs due to sudden illness, hospital admission, emotional distress, or unexpected care giving demands, fees are often waived or reduced.
Refunds are not provided for complete sessions. For prepaid sessions cancelled with sufficient notice, payments can be transferred to a future appointment.
Cancellations for NDIS or Aged Care at home sessions are managed in line with funding guidelines, while still applying a compassionate, case-by-case approach wherever possible.
My goal is to create a safe, respectful and supportive experience, not to add pressure during an already difficult time. Please communicate openly if circumstance change.
